Shipping & Cost

  • Your goods will be sent via eParcle Australia Post at current market rate per kg. 

  • We accept no responsibility for parcels that are lost within the postal system.

  • Any problems related to lost parcels must be resolved with Australia Post,
    however we will endeavorer to assist in recovery of any lost items.

  • designerbags.com.au reserves the right to adjust freight costs at any time.

  • Currently we do not ship outside Australia via this website.

 

Refunds

  • Products that are faulty on arrival or if there are any indiscrepencies with orders, designerbags.com.au can provide a refund (less shipping costs). 

  • Designer Bags must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in writing or via email. Please include in your email, customer name, invoice number, item name/code, a description of the faulty item/indiscrepency and a photo of the faulty product.

  • Please choose carefully as we do not issue refunds for change of mind purchases.
  • Please note that product photos are representations of the items that you receive.  It is important that you read through the entire product description to make sure of sizes. Items must be returned to address specified in email upon receipt of request for a refund.  
  • Return postage costs for products is the responsibility of the customer.
